SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information – Aurora Skin

Currently we’re only able to deliver orders within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We’re working to offer shipping to more locations soon.

Republic of Ireland 

Shipping costs is €5.50. Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.

​

Northern Ireland

Shipping costs is €7.00. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Changing Delivery Details​

Aurora Skin is unable to make amendments to delivery details after dispatch.

Delivery and Courier Delays

Once your order leaves us, our trusted courier partners—like An Post—take care of delivery.


Most orders arrive on time, but delays can happen, especially during busy times.

 

If you notice a delay in your tracking, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or your tracking hasn’t updated, our Customer Service team is here to help. Just get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.

RETURN POLICY

Returns Information – Aurora Skin

 

We want you to be completely happy with your Aurora Skin order. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’re here to help make things right.

What you need to know:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items.

  • Products should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

  • Please reach out to our Customer Service team before sending anything back.

 

How to Arrange a Return

 

To start a return, simply email our Customer Service team at auroraskin.ie@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

 

Once we’ve received your details, we’ll confirm if your return is eligible and explain what to do next.
Please wait for our instructions before sending any items back—unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
